We’re excited to offer our clients and partners the opportunity to earn commissions by referring new clients to SERP Forge’s link-building services. Here’s how the program works:
How the Referral Program Works:
- 15% Commission on First Invoice
For every successful referral that becomes a paying client, you’ll receive 15% of the first invoice. This one-time reward is paid after the referred client completes their first payment with SERP Forge.
- 6% Recurring Commission for 12 Months
After the first invoice, you will receive a 6% recurring commission for the next 12 months, as long as the referred client continues using our services. This commission is applied to every paid invoice during that period.
- $500 Bonus After 12 Months
If the referred client stays with us beyond 12 months, you will receive a $500 bonus as a thank-you for referring a long-term client. This bonus is paid once the client completes their 12th month of service.
Example:
- A referred client’s first invoice is $2,000.
- You earn: 15% of $2,000 = $300 (paid after the first invoice).
- The client continues services for 12 months, with each monthly invoice being $2,000.
- You earn: 6% of $2,000 = $120 per month for 12 months, which totals $1,440 over the year.
- The client continues with us beyond the 12th month.
- You earn: A one-time $500 bonus after the client completes 12 months with us.
- Total earnings over 12 months: $300 (first invoice) + $1,440 (recurring) + $500 (bonus) = $2,240.
Referral Process:
- Option 1: Your referred client can directly contact us. They’ll mention your name during the sign-up process, and if they convert into a paying client, you’ll start earning your commission once their first invoice is paid.
- Option 2: You provide us with the contact details of the referred client, and we’ll reach out to them on your behalf. If they sign up and pay for services, you’ll receive your commission after their first invoice is completed.
Terms & Conditions:
- Eligibility:
- The referral must be a new client to SERP Forge. Existing or previous customers are not eligible for this referral program.
- Both existing clients and non-partners can refer new clients under this program.
- Qualifying Referrals:
- A referral qualifies once the referred client completes their first paid project or service subscription with SERP Forge.
- The first commission will be paid after the referred client has fully paid their first invoice.
- Recurring Commission:
- The 6% recurring commission applies to each monthly invoice paid by the referred client for 12 months, starting from the second invoice.
- If the referred client cancels or pauses their service within the first 12 months, recurring commission payments will stop accordingly.
- Bonus After 12 Months:
- You will receive a one-time $500 bonus after the referred client completes 12 months of service with SERP Forge.
- If the client discontinues service before completing 12 months, the bonus will not apply.
- Payout Schedule:
- Commissions and bonuses will be paid within 30 days of the referred client’s invoice payment.
- Payments will be made via PayPal, bank transfer, or credit toward future services, based on your preference.
- Referral Tracking:
- For clients: Referrals will be tracked through direct communication with us. We will notify you when a referred client converts, and you will be updated throughout the process.
- For non-partners: A referral program setup (referral form or unique link) will allow anyone outside the existing client base to refer new clients and earn commissions under the same terms.
- Program Modifications:
- SERP Forge reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
