Nature of Our Services

SERP Forge provides digital marketing services, including, but not limited to:

  • Full-Service SEO for SaaS companies
  • Content writing and strategy
  • Link building and outreach
  • Digital PR campaigns

All our services are customized to the client’s needs and begin only after detailed consultation, strategy planning, and approvals. Because of the bespoke and time-sensitive nature of our work, refund eligibility is limited.

General Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for services that have been:

  • Fully delivered as per the agreed scope of work
  • Partially delivered after significant effort or third-party commitments
  • Initiated after client approval of a proposal, strategy, or content plan

However, we understand that unforeseen situations may arise. In such cases, refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, depending on service progress and resource allocation.

Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a partial refund if:

  • The project was prepaid and cancelled by the client before any meaningful work commenced (typically within 3 business days of payment).
  • Work has not yet started, and the client formally requests cancellation in writing.
  • The delay in delivery is solely attributable to SERP Forge and not due to pending approvals, delays in content inputs, or third-party dependencies.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Onboarding or setup fees
  • Paid content or link placements already acquired or published
  • Hours spent on strategy, competitor analysis, or content research
  • Deliverables that were approved or partially reviewed
  • Third-party service or subscription costs made on the client’s behalf

Cancellations

You may cancel a service at any time. However:

  • If work has already begun, only unutilized portions of your payment may be eligible for a refund (if applicable).
  • For ongoing retainers or monthly contracts, we require a 30-day written notice before termination. No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.

Dispute Resolution

If you believe you are entitled to a refund but your request has been denied, we encourage open and constructive communication. You may escalate concerns to our leadership team at hello@serpforge.io, and we will aim to resolve the matter professionally within 5 business days.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. All updates will be posted on this page with the revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
