Digital Partnership Specialist

We are looking for a proactive Digital Partnership Specialist to establish and manage partnerships with brands, influencers, and bloggers. The goal is to create mutually beneficial collaborations that support our outreach team in securing return exchange opportunities for high-quality backlink placements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partnership Development: Identify and establish partnerships with relevant brands, influencers, and bloggers in SaaS, digital marketing, and related industries.
  • Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with digital stakeholders to ensure consistent collaboration opportunities.
  • Outreach Coordination: Collaborate with the outreach team to identify target websites, blogs, and influencers for link-building and content exchange.
  • Negotiation: Develop win-win partnership agreements that include link exchanges, guest posting opportunities, and other mutually beneficial initiatives.
  • Content Collaboration: Work with bloggers and influencers to co-create high-quality content (e.g., guest posts, features, reviews) that support SEO and link-building goals.
  • Database Management: Maintain a database of active and potential partners, tracking communications, agreements, and partnership outcomes.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on trends in influencer marketing, blogging, and digital partnerships to identify new opportunities for collaboration.
  • Performance Analysis: Track the performance of partnerships, measuring the impact on backlink quality, domain authority, and referral traffic.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the outreach and content teams to ensure seamless execution of partnerships and link exchanges.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in building digital partnerships, influencer marketing, or blogger outreach.
  • Strong understanding of link-building strategies and SEO principles.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to pitch ideas effectively.
  • Familiarity with platforms like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or BuzzSumo to identify potential partners.
  • Creative and strategic mindset with a results-oriented approach.
  • Ability to negotiate and secure agreements that align with business objectives.
  • Experience in managing partnerships for SaaS companies or in digital marketing is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools for tracking outreach and partnerships is advantageous.
