Business Development Manager
We are seeking an ambitious and strategic Business Development Manager to drive overall business growth and identify new opportunities for expansion. This role will focus on building relationships, increasing revenue, and exploring untapped verticals to diversify and scale SERP Forge’s services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Growth Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to drive overall business growth, focusing on revenue, client acquisition, and market expansion.
- Market Research: Identify emerging trends, industry needs, and new vertical opportunities within the SaaS and digital marketing landscape.
- Client Acquisition: Build and nurture relationships with potential clients to expand the agency’s portfolio. Develop tailored proposals that highlight our value.
- Strategic Partnerships: Explore and establish partnerships with complementary businesses, agencies, or SaaS tools to expand our reach and offerings.
- Vertical Diversification: Identify and evaluate opportunities for entering new business verticals (e.g., SaaS tools, white-label services, or related areas).
- Service Expansion: Collaborate with internal teams to assess the feasibility of introducing new services or enhancing current offerings.
- Revenue Optimization: Develop pricing models, upsell opportunities, and long-term strategies to maximize profitability.
- Performance Tracking: Set and track KPIs to measure business development success, using data to inform decision-making and refine strategies.
- Pitching and Negotiation: Create compelling pitches and lead negotiations with prospective clients or partners to close deals effectively.
- Brand Awareness: Work closely with the marketing team to promote SERP Forge as a leader in the SEO and link-building space.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the SEO, SaaS, or digital marketing industries.
- Strong understanding of link-building, SEO, and SaaS business models.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client and partner relationships.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
- Experience in exploring and launching new verticals or services is a significant advantage.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
