Outreach Executive

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Outreach Executive to expand our network of clients and build meaningful partnerships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for prospecting potential clients, engaging with them through email and LinkedIn outreach, and nurturing relationships to generate leads and drive conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential SaaS brands, agencies, and decision-makers to build a strong prospect list.
  • Create and execute personalized outreach campaigns through email and LinkedIn.
  • Develop compelling outreach messages aligned with SERP Forge’s value propositions.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects to convert them into clients.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize outreach performance metrics to improve conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align on goals and strategies.
  • Stay updated with the latest outreach trends, tools, and best practices in the SEO industry.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outreach, sales, or business development (preferably in the SEO or digital marketing space).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating engaging messages.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and email outreach tools (e.g., Sales Navigator, Hunter, or similar).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Analytical mindset to track and report campaign performance effectively.
  • A basic understanding of SEO, link building, and the SaaS industry is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
