We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Market Research Analyst with a focus on SEO and SaaS to help us build and maintain a robust database of professionals in the industry. You’ll play a key role in supporting our SEO and outreach efforts through data-driven approach.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage a database of professionals using information sourced from LinkedIn and other online directories
• Extract and analyze relevant data from various websites, including job portals and online directories
• Identify and collect contact information for SaaS professionals, including:
  • Marketing team members
  • SEO specialists
  • Outreach specialists
  • Growth managers
  • Content marketers
  • PR executives
• Ensure data accuracy, quality, and integrity, following established guidelines and standards
• Collaborate with the SEO team to optimize data for search engines, enhancing visibility and rankings
• Provide accurate and relevant data insights to support SaaS product development

Requirements:

• 1+ year of experience in data entry, preferably with exposure to SEO and SaaS
• Proficiency in creating and managing databases using information from LinkedIn and other online directories
• Experience in scraping data from job portals and online sources
• Understanding of SEO principles, including off-page and outreach
• Familiarity with SaaS product development and marketing strategies
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and analytical abilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently

Nice to Have:

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Knowledge of programming languages like JavaScript
• Certifications in data analysis, SEO, or SaaS-related fields
• Experience working with remote teams and collaborating with stakeholders
