Lead Generation Specialist
SERP Forge is a growth-focused marketing agency that helps SaaS and digital-first businesses scale through SEO and performance marketing. We’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who can take ownership of building a qualified sales pipeline using multiple channels – cold outreach, social media, paid ads, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential SaaS and B2B prospects across different industries.
- Run cold email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and social selling to generate qualified leads.
- Manage and optimize paid lead gen campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
- Build prospect lists using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar platforms.
- Nurture leads and hand over qualified opportunities to the sales team.
- Experiment with new lead channels and keep up with evolving outreach trends.
- Track, measure, and report on lead generation activities and performance.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in lead generation or business development (B2B/SaaS background is a plus).
- Strong knowledge of outreach tools, CRM, and automation platforms.
- Experience running cold email, LinkedIn, and/or paid campaigns.
- Understanding of lead qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT, MEDDIC).
- Creative and persistent approach to opening new conversations.
- Strong communication and written skills.
