We are looking for a highly skilled Performance Marketer with 3 to 6 years of deep expertise in Google Ads to drive high-quality B2B lead generation campaigns. This role is critical to scaling our acquisition efforts, particularly in competitive, high-CPC environments such as SEO and link-building services.

Key Responsibilities
- 3 to 6 years of experience as a Performance Marketing Specialist
- Plan, launch, and optimize high-budget Google Ads campaigns focused on B2B lead generation
- Develop and execute strategies targeting Tier 1 markets: USA, UK, Australia, and Canada
- Manage full-funnel campaigns including search, display, and remarketing
- Continuously test and optimize ad creatives, landing pages, bidding strategies, and audience targeting
- Maintain strict control over CPL, ROAS, and overall campaign efficiency
- Handle high CPC and sensitive niches with precision and strategic thinking
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve results
- Collaborate with internal teams (SEO, content, sales, dev) to align campaign goals with business objectives
- Scale winning campaigns while minimizing wasted spend
Core Requirements (Must-Have)
- Proven hands-on experience managing Google Ads with significant monthly ad spend
- Strong track record in B2B lead generation via Google ads (this is non-negotiable)
- Experience targeting international markets (US, UK, AU, CA)
- Experience with landing page optimization and CRO principles
- Deep understanding of:
