SERP Forge helps SaaS and digital-first brands scale through SEO, growth marketing, and data-backed execution.

We’re looking for a Marketing & Growth Lead who can take ownership of our entire marketing engine – inbound, outbound, content, brand, and community with a clear goal of driving visibility, authority, and revenue.

This is a senior role for someone who’s both strategic and hands-on, and comfortable representing the brand publicly through thought leadership, podcasting, and video content.

What You’ll Own (Key Responsibilities)

Growth & Revenue

  • Build and execute a complete inbound + outbound marketing strategy aligned with revenue goals.
  • Create campaigns that generate qualified leads for SERP Forge’s services.
  • Plan and manage growth experiments across multiple channels and measure ROI.

Brand Building & Visibility

  • Strengthen SERP Forge’s presence through consistent storytelling and content.
  • Lead guest podcasting, interviews, expert collaborations, and industry features.
  • Grow audience and engagement on platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, and communities.

Content & SEO Strategy

  • Own the content roadmap: blogs, video scripts, funnels, landing pages, and thought leadership.
  • Build authority through SEO-led content frameworks and topical depth.
  • Ensure every content piece contributes toward traffic, leads, or brand awareness.

Multi-Channel Marketing (360° Ownership)

  • Manage presence across:
    SEO • Content • Email • LinkedIn • Paid • Partnerships • Webinars • Communities
  • Ensure consistency in messaging, positioning, and value delivery across channels.
  • Optimize existing funnels for conversions and improve lead quality.

Analytics & KPIs

  • Track and report marketing performance: traffic, leads, conversion rates, CAC, ROI.
  • Use GA4, GSC, Looker Studio, and CRM insights to make data-driven decisions.
  • Set monthly and quarterly KPIs tied to growth and revenue.

Leadership & Execution

  • Work closely with the Founder on growth vision and priorities.
  • Collaborate with SEO, content, and outreach teams to execute campaigns.
  • Eventually build and manage a small marketing team as the company scales.

Who We’re Looking For

Experience & Skills

  • 3-6 years experience in digital marketing, SEO, growth, or related fields (agency or SaaS preferred).
  • Strong understanding of organic + paid channels, funnels, and demand generation.
  • Proven experience in driving measurable results (traffic, leads, revenue).
  • Comfortable speaking on podcasts, recording short videos, or representing the brand.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling ability.
  • Hands-on mindset with strategic depth – you can plan and execute.
