About SERP Forge
SERP Forge is a full-funnel SaaS marketing agency built around one commercial outcome: turning search demand, AI visibility, paid acquisition, and brand authority into measurable growth. We have worked with 100+ SaaS brands and report $47M+ in revenue driven for clients. Our work spans SaaS SEO, link building, AI SEO, GTM strategy, Google/Meta Ads, social media, content, and demand generation.
We operate as an extension of our clients’ growth teams. That means we care less about channel activity and more about qualified leads, CAC, pipeline velocity, revenue, and what should be scaled or killed next.
About the Role
We are looking for a deeply hands-on Performance Marketer who can turn paid media into a qualified B2B pipeline and revenue.
Google Ads and Meta Ads are mandatory, non-negotiable parts of this role. You must be able to independently build, troubleshoot, optimize, and scale both channels. You will also own LinkedIn Ads and help SERP Forge evaluate emerging paid channels such as ChatGPT Ads / OpenAI advertising when commercially available and relevant to our ICP.
This is not a “manage the agency” or dashboard-reporting role. You will be expected to understand the entire paid growth system: demand capture, demand creation, audience strategy, creative psychology, landing pages, tracking, attribution, CRM feedback loops, funnel economics, and revenue quality.
SERP Forge operates in competitive, high-CPC B2B categories such as SaaS SEO, link building, AI SEO, and growth services across Tier 1 markets including the US, UK, Australia, and Canada. We need someone who can make high-quality decisions with imperfect data, run disciplined experiments, and scale only what produces profitable growth.
What You’ll Own
1. Paid Acquisition Strategy & Execution
- Google Ads: independently plan, build, launch, optimize, and scale B2B lead-generation campaigns across Search, Performance Max where appropriate, Display, YouTube, and remarketing.
- Meta Ads: independently plan, build, launch, optimize, and scale prospecting, retargeting, demand-creation, lead-generation, and creative-testing campaigns. Meta Ads experience is mandatory.
- LinkedIn Ads: own audience strategy, ABM, lead-gen forms, retargeting, message/creative testing, and demand-generation campaigns for B2B audiences.
- Emerging channels: evaluate and test new paid inventory, including ChatGPT Ads / OpenAI advertising, when available and relevant.
- Build channel plans by ICP, market, buying stage, service line, intent, budget, marginal return, and revenue potential.
- Scale winning campaigns without sacrificing lead quality, downstream conversion, or payback.
2. Funnel, CRO & Experimentation
- Own the paid journey from impression and click through landing page, form conversion, qualification, SQL/opportunity, and closed-won revenue.
- Diagnose whether performance problems come from traffic quality, audience, intent, offer, positioning, creative, landing page, form friction, sales follow-up, or tracking.
- Build a structured experimentation roadmap across keywords, audiences, bids, creative, hooks, offers, landing pages, forms, follow-up, and funnel stages.
- Use CRO principles to improve conversion rate and, more importantly, the percentage of traffic that becomes qualified pipeline.
- Turn winning experiments into repeatable campaign playbooks.
3. Measurement, Attribution & Revenue Accountability
- Set up, validate, and troubleshoot conversion tracking across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, GTM, CRM, forms, and landing-page systems.
- Build offline conversion and CRM feedback loops so platforms learn from qualified leads, SQLs, opportunities, and revenue rather than only form fills.
- Use UTMs, click IDs, lifecycle stages, enhanced conversions, conversion APIs, and CRM data appropriately.
- Reconcile discrepancies between ad platforms, GA4, CRM, and revenue reporting.
- Track performance beyond CPL and platform ROAS: MQLs, SQLs, opportunities, pipeline created, CAC, payback, win rate, closed-won revenue, and pipeline per dollar spent.
- Own budget pacing, forecasting, scenario planning, and spend reallocation.
- Build weekly/monthly performance reviews that explain what changed, why it changed, what was learned, and what action should happen next.
4. Creative, Psychology & Messaging
- Translate buyer pain points, objections, desired outcomes, search intent, competitive positioning, proof, and risk into ads that generate qualified demand.
- Build structured creative-testing systems for hooks, angles, formats, offers, CTAs, proof points, and stages of awareness.
- Write and iterate performance copy for Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and landing pages.
- Brief designers with clear hypotheses rather than generic “make more creatives” requests.
- Use performance data to determine what message should be made next and why.
- Use AI tools to accelerate research, variation generation, QA, analysis, and reporting without outsourcing judgment.
5. Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Monitor CPC trends, auction pressure, search demand, competitor messaging, creative patterns, audience shifts, and platform changes.
- Use tools such as Google Ads Keyword Planner, Google Trends, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Meta Ad Library, LinkedIn insights, CRM data, and competitor landing pages to inform strategy.
- Identify new paid acquisition opportunities from ICP behavior, SERP changes, competitor gaps, service launches, and emerging ad inventory.
Core Requirements (Must Have)
- 3–6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience with substantial ownership of B2B lead-generation campaigns.
- Deep hands-on Google Ads expertise. You must be able to build and optimize campaigns yourself.
- Deep hands-on Meta Ads expertise. Meta Ads is mandatory, not a nice-to-have.
- Hands-on LinkedIn Ads experience for B2B acquisition, ABM, lead generation, or retargeting.
- A strong track record of generating qualified B2B leads, SQLs, opportunities, pipeline, or revenue through paid acquisition; e-commerce-only experience is not sufficient.
- Experience targeting Tier 1 markets, especially the US, UK, Australia, and Canada.
- Strong understanding of search intent, audience architecture, bidding, budget allocation, remarketing, creative fatigue, campaign scaling, and marginal efficiency.
- Hands-on experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, UTM governance, and attribution.
- Experience connecting paid media to a CRM and using downstream lead-quality or revenue data to guide optimization.
- Strong landing-page and CRO fundamentals.
- Strong analytical capability: able to calculate funnel economics, isolate root causes, challenge misleading averages, and make budget decisions from business outcomes.
- Strong experimentation discipline: hypothesis, test design, guardrails, measurement, interpretation, and next action.
- Strong copywriting and messaging judgment for direct-response and B2B buying contexts.
Strongly Preferred
- Previous experience in B2B SaaS, digital services, SEO, martech, developer tools, cybersecurity, fintech, HR tech, or another complex B2B category.
- Experience with ChatGPT Ads / OpenAI advertising, or demonstrated ability to quickly operationalize new advertising platforms.
- Experience with HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, or another CRM used for lead-to-revenue attribution.
- Experience with Looker Studio, spreadsheets, BI/reporting tools, or automated reporting workflows.
- Experience with lead scoring, lifecycle stages, offline conversions, enhanced conversions, server-side tracking, or conversion APIs.
- Working knowledge of ABM, demand generation, lifecycle marketing, and retargeting strategy.
- Experience using AI and automation tools to improve campaign operations, analysis, creative iteration, reporting, or experimentation.
What Great Looks Like
- You do not stop at “the campaign generated leads.” You know which campaigns generated the right leads, which became SQLs and opportunities, which created pipeline, and which produced revenue.
- You are equally comfortable inside Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, a spreadsheet, GA4/GTM, a landing page, and a CRM.
- You know when to scale, when to cut, when to fix measurement, and when a campaign needs a better offer or message instead of another bid adjustment.
- You understand that a cheap lead can be expensive if it never becomes a pipeline.
- You are curious about new platforms but disciplined about proving incrementality before scaling spend.
- You communicate clearly, document learnings, and take full ownership of results.
